摘　　要：通过对不锈钢基板的产品结构、工艺路线,以及可靠性能等研究,开发出高可靠性的静电式耳机电源用不锈钢基覆铜板和适于批量生产的加工制造技术,提升我司的市场竞争力,促进金属基覆铜板行业的发展。Through the research on the product structure,process route,and research on reliability and performance of stainless steel substrate,this paper developed high reliability stainless steel based circuit board for electrostatic earphone power supply and processing and manufacturing technology suitable for mass production,improve our market competitiveness and promoted the development of metal based Copper Clad Laminate industry.
