溴芬酸钠对白内障患者术后眼部炎症及视力恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨溴芬酸钠对白内障术后患者眼部炎症及视力恢复的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月琼海市中医院眼科收治的92例(110眼)白内障手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(46例,54眼)和对照组(46例,56眼)。对照组术后予以妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼,观察组术后予以溴芬酸钠滴眼。记录两组术前,术后1 d、1周、4周的视力、眼压、眼部炎症症状及体征评分,观察手术前后黄斑中心凹厚度变化情况,比较术后黄斑水肿发生率以及角膜染色、安全性评分。结果两组各时间点视力比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);观察组患者术后1周、4周眼压低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组患者术后1周、4周眼部炎症症状、体征评分均低于术后1 d(P﹤0.05),但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。对照组术后4周黄斑中心凹厚度高于术前,且高于观察组(P﹤0.05);观察组手术前后黄斑中心凹厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。两组黄斑水肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。两组患者术后1 d、1周、2周、4周的角膜染色评分和安全性评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论白内障患者术后使用溴芬酸钠具有较好的抗炎效果,对视力恢复无不良影响,可预防眼压过高、黄斑水肿发生,且安全性较高,无明显不耐受现象。Objective To explore the effects of bromfenac sodium on ocular inflammation and visual acuity recovery in patients after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing cataract surgery in Qionghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018 were chosen,and they were divided into the observation group(46 cases,54 eyes)and the control group(46 cases,56 eyes)according to the random number table.The control group was given tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops after operation,while the observation group was given bromfenac sodium eye drops after surgery.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure,scores of symptoms and signs of ocular inflammation were recorded in the two groups before operation,at 1 day,1 week and 4 weeks after operation.The central foveal thickness was examined before and after operation.The incidence of postoperative macular edema,corneal staining score and safety score were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the visual acuity between the two groups at each time points(P>0.05).The intraocular pressure at 1 week and 4 weeks after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs of ocular inflammation at 1 week and 4 weeks after operation were lower than those at 1 day after operation(P<0.05)in the two groups,however there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The central foveal thickness in the control group at 4 weeks after operation was greater than that before operation,and was greater than that in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the central foveal thickness in the observation group before and after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of macular edema between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in corneal staining score and safety score between the two groups at 1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion Bromfenac sodium in pa
