摘 要:碳纤维有着较高的弹性模量和比强度,该纤维对PVC树脂材料具有较好的改性效果,使符合材料具有较高的拉伸强度、粘弹性和耐疲劳性。论文介绍了碳纤维增强PVC树脂基复合材料的模压成型工艺,分析了混炼和压片的工艺参数,讨论了工艺过程中的影响因素。结果表明,复合材料CF/PVC的模压温度为175℃,升温速度为4℃/min,CB/PVC的模压温度为180℃,升温速度为5℃/min,成型压力均为10 MPa,最后探讨了碳纤维树脂基复合材料的发展前景。Carbon fiber has high elastic modulus and specific strength.The fiber has good modification effect on PVC resin material, so that the material has high tensile strength, viscoelasticity and fatigue resistance.The molding process of carbon fiber reinforced PVC resin matrix composites was introduced, the process parameters of mixing and tablet pressing was analized, and the influencing factors in the process was discussed.The results showed that the molding temperature of CF/PVC was 175 ℃, the heating rate was 4 ℃/min, the molding temperature of CB/PVC was 180 ℃, the heating rate was 5 ℃/min, and the molding pressure of them was 10 MPa.Finally, the development prospect of carbon fiber resin matrix composites was discussed.
