摘 要:“双一流”建设背景下,众多高校对一流本科人才培养进行了探索。其中,行业特色高校区域特点和学科特色鲜明,如何立足学校校情,发挥学科优势,推进“双一流”建设是一个重要命题。本文以江西理工大学化工专业为例,基于CDIO视角对课程设置、教学载体、创新能力、评价机制和师资队伍等进行了浅析,将CDIO理念有机融入“五化”建设,初步构建了化工类一流本科生的培养模式,为行业特色高校一流工科人才培养体系建设提供参考。Under the background of“Double First-class”construction,many universities have explored the cultivation mode of first-class undergraduate talents.Among them,industrial characteristic universities have distinct regional characteristics and industry characteristics.It is an important proposition to promote the construction of“Double First-class”by giving full play to their discipline advantages based on the school conditions.Taking Chemical Engineering and Technology major of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example,the curriculum setting,carrier of teaching,innovative ability,evaluation mechanism and teaching staff on the view of CDIO were analized,the concepts of CDIO into the construction of“five transformation”was organically integrated,and the cultivation mode for first-class Chemical Engineering undergraduate students was preliminary established.It provided reference for the construction of first-class engineering talents cultivating system in local industrial characteristic universities.
