摘  要:为了提高食用菌菇房内对光照时间、光照度和光质的利用,设计了基于PLC的菇房光照管理系统,利用工业平板电脑为上位机,处理摄像头及光照传感器上传的菇房光照环境数据,将优质菇在不同生长时期的光照环境多次迭代,找出食用菌最适宜的光照环境,不断更新光照指令给下位机(S7-200 Smart PLC),下位机根据光照指令调节不同位置的光照时间、光照度和光质,从而使食用菌处在最佳的光照环境条件下,采用触摸屏查看食用菌生长情况,实现人机交互。该菇房光照控制系统旨在提高生产优质菇的自动化水平。In order to improve the utilization of illumination time,illumination and light quality in the mushroom room of edible fungi,a mushroom room illumination management system based on PLC is designed.The industrial tablet computer is used as the upper computer to process the mushroom room data transmitted by the camera.The illumination environment of high-quality mushrooms in different growth periods is iterated for many times to find out the most suitable illumination environment for edible fungi,and the illumination instructions are continuously updated to S7-200 smart PLC as the lower computer,PLC adjusts the illumination time,illuminance and light quality of different positions according to the illumination instruction,so as to make the edible fungi in the mushroom room grow in a light environment conducive to growth.The touch screen is used to check the growth of edible fungi and realize human-computer interaction.The development of lighting system in mushroom house has improved the automation level of producing high-quality mushrooms to a certain extent.
