摘 要:分析了夏季太阳辐射下空调系统不同的送风温度和风量对车内三维流场和热环境的影响,并进行了试验测试。仿真与实验结果吻合度较高,误差在4%以内。分析结果为:一维参数组合模型调整法OPCMA适用于前期计算边界参数的快速调整;风道格栅角度和乘员舱内部结构设计不合理,容易出现速度死区,造成局部区域温度过高;适度增加出风温度和风量有利于提高乘员的热舒适性,需避免吹面风速过高引起乘员的不舒适感;空气龄与风量基本成正比关系,说明进风量增大有利于提升空气的新鲜度和品质。The influence of different air temperature and air volume on the three-dimensional flow field and thermal environment of the air conditioning system is analyzed under the condition of solar radiation in summer,and the test is carried out.The simulation and experimental results are in good agreement that the error is less than 4%basically.The results of the analysis are as follows:the OPCMA Method is suitable for the rapid adjustment of the boundary parameters in the previous calculation.The unreasonable design of the air duct grille angle and the internal structure of the occupant cabin will lead the presentation of speed dead zone easily,which causes local area temperature to be too high.The moderate increase of air temperature and volume flow can improve the thermal comfort,but avoid the high wind speed on crew’s face.The relationship between air age and volume flow is basically proportional,which shows that the increase of air intake is beneficial to improve the air freshness and quality.
