党团工作与创新创业教育联动机制研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在高校中,传统的党团工作和新时期发展起来的创新创业教育具有共同的工作对象和目的,将两者进行联动是必要的,且需遵循内在的机理来开展。根据党团工作的思想引领、活动组织、宣传推广、群众服务、行为示范等五个主要功能,结合工作实践,可梳理出建立党团工作和创新创业教育联动机制的五条举措。联动机制的进一步完善,还需解决激发党团员创新积极性、促进基层党团组织制度创新、加强党团组织内部创新的顶层设计等问题。In colleges,the traditional Party and Youth League work and the innovation and entrepreneurship education developed in the new era have the same working objective and purpose.It is necessary to link the two and follow their internal mechanism.According to the five main functions of Party and League work,such as ideological guidance,activity organization,publicity and promotion,mass service and role model,together with work practice,we can sort out five measures to establish a linkage mechanism between Party and League work and innovation and entrepreneurship education.To further improve the linkage mechanism,we also need to solve the top-level design of stimulating the innovation enthusiasm of Party and League members,promoting the institutional innovation of grass-roots party and League organizations,and strengthening the internal innovation of Party and League organizations.
