摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统常见病,如果控制不及时,可进一步演变为肠上皮化生、异型增生、胃癌,对人类健康构成巨大威胁。姚乃礼教授将慢性萎缩性胃炎基本病机概括为“肝郁脾虚,络阻毒损”,主张通过“疏肝健脾化瘀解毒通络法”治疗,临床疗效甚佳。Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system.If it is not controlled in time,it can further evolve into intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia and gastric cancer,which poses a great threat to human health.Professor YAO Naili summed up the basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis as“liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,collaterals blocking toxin damage”,and advocated the treatment by soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen,removing blood stasis and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and the clinical effect was very good.
