摘  要:使用核磁共振氢谱对乳液聚合法制备的丁腈橡胶序列结构进行表征,使用差示扫描量热仪表征丁腈橡胶的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。结果表明,对乳液聚合的丁腈橡胶,丁腈橡胶呈现ABA\BBA\BAB\BBB 4种序列结构,反应过程中随转化率的增长,ABA\BBA\BAB\BBB不同序列结构的含量也呈现规律性变化,序列结构ABA\BBA\BAB的含量逐渐下降、BBB序列结构含量呈上升趋势。对不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶序列结构进行表征发现,序列结构BAB\BBA\BAB的含量逐渐上升、BBB序列结构的含量呈下降趋势。丁腈橡胶BBB序列中的1,2-丁二烯结构含量的提高影响到丁腈橡胶的玻璃化转变温度。The sequence structures of nitrile rubber prepared by emulsion polymerization were characterized by 1H-NMR,and glass transition temperature(Tg)of the copolymers was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that there are four ABA\BBA\BAB\BBB sequence structures in the emulsion polymerized NBR.With the increase of conversion rate,the contents of ABA\BBA\BAB\BBB sequence structure also show regular changes.The trend of change is that the content of ABA\BBA\BAB sequence decreases gradually.The content of BBB sequence structure shows an upward trend.The content of BAB\BBA\BAB sequence increases gradually and BBB sequence decreases in nitrile butadiene rubber containing acrylonitrile.The sequence structure also has a certain influence on the glass transition temperature of NBR.
