摘 要:水泥粉磨系统采用“辊压机+球磨机”双圈流工艺流程,系统运行期间,旋风筒压损较高,放风风管水气偏高,选粉机进风不均匀。2020~2021年,多次调整优化了系统工艺流程,将原有六筒组合式旋风筒更换为单筒高效旋风筒,O-Sepa型高效选粉机更换为N-U型高效选粉机,并对放风风管和出磨风管等工艺管道位置进行了调整。改造后,系统阻力下降,旋风筒收尘效率提高至95.7%,工序电耗降低2.4kW·h/t,粉磨电耗由改造前的0.65kW·h/t降低至0.40kW·h/t。The cement grinding system adopts the double-circle flow process of"roller press+ball mill".During the operation of the system,the pressure loss of the cyclone cylinder is high,the water vapor in the discharge air duct is high,and the air intake of the powder separator is uneven.From 2020 to 2021,the system has been adjusted and optimized many times,the original six-barrel combined cyclone was updated to a single-barrel high-efficiency cyclone,and the O-Sepa type high efficiency powder separator was replaced with an N-U type high-efficiency powder separator.The position of the process pipes such as the exhaust air duct and the outgoing air duct has been adjusted.After the renovation,the system resistance decreased,the dust collection efficiency of the cyclone was increased to 95.7%,the power consumption of the process was reduced by 2.4kW·h/t,and the power consumption of grinding was reduced from 0.65kW·h/t before the renovation to 0.40kW·h/t.
