青少年早年创伤对攻击性的影响:心智化的中介作用

摘　　要：采用儿童期创伤问卷,青少年反思功能问卷和攻击问卷对436名青少年进行测评。结果显示:早年创伤与攻击之间呈现显著地正相关关系;情感虐待与心智化之间存在显著地负相关关系;心智化与攻击之间呈现显著地负相关关系;心智化在青少年情感虐待和攻击之间起到部分中介作用。早年创伤,心智化与攻击性三者之间存在密切的关系,心智化在青少年早年创伤和攻击性之间起到一个保护性作用。因此,对于较高攻击性水平的青少年来说,可以通过心智化的干预来减少其攻击性。A total of 436 adolescents were assessed with the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,Adolescent Reflective Function Questionnaire and Aggression Questionnaire.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between early trauma and aggression.There is a significant negative correlation between emotional abuse and metallization.There is a significant negative correlation between metallization and aggression.Metallization plays a partial mediating role between adolescent emotional abuse and aggression.There is a close relationship between early trauma,metallization and aggression,and metallization plays a protective role in the relationship between early trauma and aggression.Therefore,for adolescents with higher levels of aggression,metallization based treatment can be used to reduce aggression.
