生长抑素联合泮托拉唑应用于肝硬化上消化道出血治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析生长抑素联合泮托拉唑应用于肝硬化上消化道出血治疗中的效果。方法70例肝硬化上消化道出血患者,按照奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者接受生长抑素治疗,观察组患者接受生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组止血时间和住院时间、临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组止血时间和住院时间分别为(20.46±0.52)h、(6.37±1.38)d,短于对照组的(27.25±0.73)h、(9.02±2.26)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长抑素联合泮托拉唑在肝硬化上消化道出血中的应用能够缩短止血时间和住院时间,提升治疗效果,提升治疗安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 70 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received somatostatin therapy,and the observation group received somatostatin combined with pantoprazole therapy.The hemostasis time,hospitalization time,clinical effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were(20.46±0.52)h and(6.37±1.38)d,which were shorter than(27.25±0.73)h and(9.02±2.26)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 71.43% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in liver cirrhosis can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time,improve the therapeutic effect,and treatment safety.
