泵控型船用舵机跑舵问题分析

摘  要:结合某船的泵控型舵机跑舵故障,分析泵控型船用舵机工作原理和跑舵故障原因,提出跑舵故障的解决办法,根据泵控型船用舵机泵控系统的特点,设计泵控型船用舵机泵控系统伺服阀芯回中装置,以实现伺服阀芯准确回到中位,避免跑舵现象的发生,保证船舶海上航行安全。Taking the out of control of the rudder angle for a pump-controlled marine steering gear as an example,the working principle of pump-controlled marine steering gear and the cause of out of control of the rudder angle were analyzed,and the solution of out of control of the rudder angle was proposed.A device of pump control system servo valve core returning to neutral position of pump-controlled marine steering gear was designed according to the characteristics of pump control system,so as to avoid the occurrence of out of control of the rudder angle,and to ensure the safety navigation of the ships.
