摘 要:“双减”具有实施素质教育,落实全面育人的重要里程碑意义。文章运用文献资料法、观察法、访谈法,归纳分析“双减”背景下体育教育实施路径。发现,“双减”背景下体育评价缺乏政策导向,实践与理论相悖,体育师资不足,课程趣味性和多样性欠缺,培训规范化亟待提升等现象。据此提出在政策引领下践行体育理念,优化中小学体育课程并提供课后延时服务,高校体育教育专业可通过设置产业学院和职业资格证书制度,规范大学体育课程方面实现体育教育的全面育人。"double reduction"has an important milestone significance in implementing quality education and comprehensive education.Using the methods of literature,observation and interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the implementation path of Physical Education under the background of"double reduction".It is found that under the background of"double reduction",sports evaluation lacks policy guidance,practice is contrary to theory,sports teachers are insufficient,courses are lack of interest and diversity,and training standardization needs to be improved.Accordingly,it is proposed to practice the sports concept under the guidance of policies,optimize the physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools and provide after-school delay services.The physical education major in Colleges and universities can realize the comprehensive education of physical education by setting up industrial colleges and vocational qualification certificate systems to standardize the College Physical Education curriculum.
