摘　　要：目的为提高基层零售药店药学技术人员的药学服务能力提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,以郑州市作为调研地区,围绕其基层零售药店药学技术人员的职业满意情况、继续教育情况及药学服务情况进行调研,并对调研数据进行统计与分析。结果共发放问卷124份,回收有效问卷124份,有效回收率为100.00%。该市基层零售药店大部分药学技术人员积极接受并完成继续教育,对自我药学服务水平持肯定态度,但职业满意度一般,存在公众对药学技术人员认可度不高、药学技术人员自身不明确药学服务标准、药学服务各方面发展不均衡、行业发展环境欠佳等问题。结论建议综合多方力量,提高公众对药学技术人员的认知度,继续加强药学技术人员继续教育,明确药学服务标准,改善行业发展环境,推动基层零售药店药学技术人员药学服务水平的提高。Objective To provide a reference for improving the pharmaceutical care ability of pharmaceutical technicians in grass-roots retail pharmacies.Methods A questionnaire survey on the professional satisfaction,continuing education and pharmaceutical care of pharmaceutical technicians in grass-roots retail pharmacies was conducted in Zhengzhou City,and the survey data were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 124 questionnaires were sent out and 124 valid questionnaires were recovered with an effective recovery rate of 100.00%.Most pharmaceutical technicians in grass-roots retail pharmacies in the city actively accepted and completed continuing education,and had a positive attitude towards their pharmaceutical care level.However,their professional satisfaction was general,and there were some problems such as low public recognition of pharmaceutical technicians,uncertain pharmaceutical care standards of pharmaceutical technicians,unbalanced development of pharmaceutical care in all aspects,poor industry development environment,etc.Conclusion It is suggested to integrate various forces to improve the public's awareness of pharmaceutical technicians,continue to strengthen the continuing education of pharmaceutical technicians,clarify pharmaceutical care standards,and improve the industry development environment,so as to promote the improvement of pharmaceutical care level of pharmaceutical technicians in grass-roots retail pharmacies.
