摘 要:目的了解临床药学专业毕业实习现状。方法计算机检索维普数据库、中国知网、PubMed及Web of Science,收集临床药学专业毕业实习相关论文,提取论文的发表期刊、发表年限、实习模式、带教模式及考核模式等信息,采用文献计量学方法分析我国临床药学专业毕业实习的现行模式。结果共得中文文献144篇,2017年至2019年较多(均多于15篇);来源期刊以《中国药房》最多(15篇);实习模式以三阶段实习为主,带教模式以PBL教学法、CBL教学法、EBL教学法及多种教学方法联合为主,考核环节更强调过程考核和临床实践考察。结论目前国内临床药学专业毕业实习模式仍处于探索发展阶段,带教师资队伍建设等有待加强。Objective To understand the current situation of graduation practice of clinical pharmacy.Methods The database of VIP,CNKI,PubMed and Web of Science were searched to collect studies related to graduation practice of clinical pharmacy,and the information of journals that published the studies,years of publication,practice mode,teaching mode and assessment mode were extracted.Bibliometric analysis was conducted on the current mode of graduation practice of clinical pharmacy in China.Results A total of 144 Chinese studies related to graduation practice of clinical pharmacy were retrieved,with more studies(more than 15 studies)from 2017 to 2019,most(15 studies)of which were published in the China Pharmacy.The mainly practice mode was three-stage practice.The mainly teaching mode was problem-based learning(PBL)method,case-based learning(CBL)method,enquiry-based learning(EBL)method and the combination of various teaching methods.The assessment mode paid more attention to process assessment and clinical assessment.Conclusion At present,the graduation practice mode of clinical pharmacy in China is still in the stage of exploration and development,and the construction of teaching staff needs to be strengthened.
