成人癫痫应用丙戊酸钠及卡马西平的临床疗效探析

摘　　要：目的探析成人癫痫应用丙戊酸钠及卡马西平的临床疗效。方法研究对象均从吉林省第四人民医院就诊患者中选取符合癫痫诊断标准。挑选时间为2019年7月-2020年6月。挑选原则遵循纳入和排除标准,最终入选110例。随机分组,一组为对照组,一组为观察组。对照组应用卡马西平治疗,观察组应用丙戊酸钠+卡马西平治疗,对比两组治疗效果有效率和不良反应发生率。结果观察组和对照组组间治疗效果有效率、治疗后组间操作智力评分、语言智力评分、总智力评分均为观察组更优,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组组间不良反应发生率的对比结果为(P>0.05)。结论成人癫痫应用丙戊酸钠及卡马西平的临床有效率更高,可提升患者的智力情况,而且不会带来较多的不良反应。Objective To explore clinical effect of sodium valproate and carbamazepine for adult epilepsy.Methods The paper chose as subjects from patients meeting diagnostic criteria of epilepsy in our hospital,selection period was from July 2019 to June 2020,selection principle followed inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 110 cases finally,divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with carbamazepine and observation group with sodium valproate+carbamazepine.Effective rate and adverse reaction rate between two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of treatment effect,operation intelligence scores,language intelligence scores and total intelligence scores of observation group after treatment were better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparative result of incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group showed P>0.05.Conclusion Sodium valproate and carbamazepine can achieve high clinical effect for adult epilepsy,can improve intelligence of patients,without more adverse reactions.
