脑血管血液动力学检测异常积分值与血脂、高血压的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨脑血管血液动力学检测异常积分值与血脂、高血压的关系。方法 抽取2019年1月-2020年1月罗定市人民医院230例健康体检者为研究对象,均采取脑血管血液动力学检测(cerebral vascular hemo dynamic,CVHD),观察受检者中CVHD异常情况以及高血压疾病、高血脂疾病的患病率,分析其中的关联性。结果 体检报告显示,本次受检者中,CVHD异常受检者为42例,占比18.26%;CVHD异常受检者中,高血压、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症检出率显著高于CVHD异常正常受检者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CVHD异常与血脂、血压异常存在明显相关性,临床中需重点加强此类慢性病人群的脑卒中防治工作。Objective To explore relationship between abnormal integral value of cerebrovascular hemodynamics and blood lipid and hypertension.Methods The paper chose 230 healthy people tested by cerebrovascular hemodynamics (CVHD) in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as research subjects,observed abnormalities of CVHD and prevalence of hypertension and hyperlipidemia,and analyzed correlation.Results Physical examination report showed that 42 cases with abnormal CVHD were examined,accounting for 18.26%;Among subjects with abnormal CVHD,detection rates of hypertension,hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia and high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher than those with normal CVHD,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant correlation between abnormal CVHD and abnormal blood lipid and blood pressure.It is necessary to strengthen prevention and treatment of stroke for chronic patients.
