开展社区重性精神病患者家庭医生式管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨重性精神病患者防治康复的有效性,望能进一步普及。方法 选取2010年1月1日-2011年12月30日管辖社区人口32000人,进行了重性精神病筛查然后对社区的重性精神病患者进行防治性康复有效的管理。结果 对重度人类精神疾病患者的有效管理显著提高了效率,相对稳定率及其功能恢复率大大降低了复发率和事故率。结论 严重精神疾病的老年患者在社区得到了预防,治疗和康复的专业服务。他们的典型精神症状之一已得到显著和迅速改善,这种改善有助于减轻整个社会以及家庭的经济负担,提高老年患者的生活质量。Objective The paper discusses effectiveness of prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of patients with severe psychosis mainly,to further promote its promotion and improvement.Methods The paper chose 32000 people in the community under jurisdiction from January 1,2010 to December 30,2011,with effective management of preventive rehabilitation in community after screening of severe psychosis.Results Effective management of patients with severe human mental diseases improved efficiency,relative stability rate and functional recovery rate significantly,and reduced recurrence rate and accident rate greatly.Conclusion Elderly patients with severe mental diseases have received professional services of prevention,treatment and rehabilitation in community,one of typical mental symptoms has been improved significantly and rapidly,which can reduce economic burden of whole society,families,and improve life quality of elderly patients.
