摘 要:新建大临铁路单线曼秧村特大桥16~48 m简支箱梁,采用移动模架整体现浇,整孔后张法施工。本桥桥墩高,跨度大,梁型特殊且受场地等条件的限制,移动模架拼装拆除、过孔、箱梁线型控制是工程技术难点。针对以上特点,开展了移动模架构造、拼装措施、线形监控等多方面研究,研制了墩顶行走的墩顶支承下行式移动模架,采用顶推拼装上桥的措施,解决了铁路50 m箱梁在场地受限地区现浇施工的难题,保证单线大跨现浇梁的安全高效快速施工。The 16~48 m simply supported box girder of Manyangcun Bridge,a new single line of Dali-railway,is constructed by the method of casting in situ with moving formwork and tensioning after the whole hole.The bridge has high piers,large span,special beam type and is limited by the site and other conditions,so it is difficult to assemble and dismantle the movable formwork,pass the hole and control the line type of box girder.In view of the above characteristic,has carried out mobile formwork construction,measures,linear control aspects of research,developed a walk to bridge pier top bearing downside move mould frame,adopt measures on the pusher assembled bridge,50 m solves the railway box girder in limited areas of the field problem of cast-in-situ construction,ensure the safety of long span cast-in-place beam single efficient rapid construction,It is expected to provide reference and reference for similar projects.
