摘　　要：目的探讨社区健康教育对慢性胃炎(chronic gastritis,CG)患者抗幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)治疗的临床效果观察。方法70例慢性胃炎患者随机分对照组和观察组,每组35例,所有患者接受个体化抗Hp治疗,观察组再予社区健康教育干预。3个月后比较两组患者的Hp根除率、临床疗效、生活行为方式、治疗依从性、计划外就复诊和焦虑抑郁情况。结果与对照组比较,3个月后观察组患者的生活行为方式及焦虑抑郁明显改善,治疗依从性、Hp根除率和临床疗效得到提高,计划外复诊患者人数较少,两组患者各指标比较差异性显著(表1-2)。结论社区健康教育可提高CG患者Hp根除率和临床疗效,减少计划外复诊人数,该模式值得社区推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of health education on anti-helicobacter pylori(Hp)treatment in patients associated with chronic gastritis in district.Methods Seventy patients were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,all patients were accepted individualized anti-Hp therapy,observation group were plus health education for district intervention.The clinical effect,lifestyle changes,treatment dependence,extra plan visit doctor and anxiety-depression of patients were compared between two groups after intervention for three months.Results In comparing with the control group after treatment for three months,the lifestyle and anxiety-depression were improved significantly,the treatment dependence,the rate of Hp eradication and clinical effect were raised notablely,the extra plan visit peaples were declined of patients in the observation group,those datas have significant difference between two groups(table 1-2).Conclusion Health education on CG patients associated with ant-Hp therapy in district can improve the clinical effect and Hp eradication rate,and reduce the emergency return visites,the pattern is worth of popularization in community.
