摘 要:目的 评价护士分层级管理模式对于提高产科护理质量的应用成效。方法 选取2019年5月-2020年5月待产妇200例为观察组,同时纳入2018年5月-2019年4月产妇200例为对照组患者,其中,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予分层级管理模式,观察产科护理质量、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 产科护理质量及生活质量评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且产科护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,对照组总满意度为80.00%,观察组总满意度为96.00%,除此之外,两组患者护理生活干预效果评价结果对比差异有所不同,其中,干预前各项评分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后各项评分结果比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组内干预前后各项评分比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于产科护理工作开展而言,护士分层级管理模式构建可提高患者护理质量,有助于患者护理工作开展,所以在这种情况下的患者护理过程中,应该注重护士分层级管理模式构建,从而为产科护理质量提升奠定基础。Objective To evaluate the application effect of nurse hierarchical management model on improving obstetric nursing quality. Methods The 200 women from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as observation groups, and the 200 women from May 2018 to April 2019 as control patients. Among them, the control group gave routine care, and the observation group gave stratified management mode, to observe obstetric care quality, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction.Results There was significant difference in the scores of obstetric nursing quality and quality of life in the control group(P< 0.05), and there was significant difference in obstetric nursing satisfaction in the control group(P< 0.05). The total satisfaction in the control group was 80.00%, and that in the observation group was 96.00%,In addition, the difference in the evaluation results of the intervention effect between the two groups was different. In, the scores before the intervention were not significant(P> 0.05), the score results after the intervention(P< 0.05), and the difference before and after the intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion For the development of obstetric nursing, the construction of nurse hierarchical management model can improve the quality of patient nursing and help the development of patient nursing. Therefore, in the process of patient nursing, we should pay attention to the construction of nurse hierarchical management model, so as to lay a foundation for the improvement of obstetric nursing quality.
