摘  要:隧道蚀变带施工过程中,突泥涌水是常见的施工难题之一,处理不当极易造成财产损失和人员伤亡。依托大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道工程,其出口平导掌子面掘进至PDZK221+481处出现突泥涌水情况并导致TBM卡机。通过突泥涌水原因分析,采取增设高位支洞和管棚工作室、超前探测等方法进行事故处理。通过分析施工揭示地质情况与地表调绘、物探、超前钻孔等结论提出了增设迂回导坑、超前施工等不同解决方案。监测结果表明,平导洞内无异常。During the construction of tunnel alteration belts,mud and water inrush is one of the common construction problems,to which improper treatment might easily cause property losses and casualties.This paper is based on the Gaoligongshan Tunnel on the Dali⁃Ruili Railway project.The excavation of the parallel adit palm face of the tunnel’s exit occurred mud and water inrush at PDZK221+481,resulting in TBM being stuck.After the analysis of the causes of mud and water inrush,some measures such as adding a high position branch cave and pipe shed workroom and advanced detection are adopted to deal with the accident.Through the analysis of the construction to reveal the conclusions of geological situation,surface drawing,geophysical exploration and advanced drilling,this paper proposes different solutions such as adding a by⁃pass pilot tunnel and advanced construction.The monitoring results show that there is no abnormality in the parallel adit.
