宫颈癌组织中S100P、VEGF及E-cad的表达水平及意义

摘　　要：目的研究宫颈癌组织中S100P、VEGF及E-cad的表达水平及意义。方法选取2017年8月-2020年5月于信宜市人民医院治疗的宫颈癌患者65例为此次研究组,按疾病分期分为Ⅰ期组(33例)和Ⅱ期组(32例),并选取同期于我院接受健康体检女性志愿者30例为对照组,检测3组人员宫颈组织S100P、VEGF及E-cad的表达水平,分析各指标表达水平与宫颈癌临床病理特征关系,并采用单因素和多因素分析对S100P、VEGF及E-cad的表达水平与疾病分期关系进行分析。结果Ⅱ期组患者宫颈组织中S100P阳性表达率56.25%>Ⅰ期组30.30%>对照组16.67%,Ⅱ期组患者VEGF阳性表达率62.50%>Ⅰ期组36.36%>对照组13.33%,Ⅱ期组患者E-cad阳性表达率为18.75%<Ⅰ期组45.45%<对照组93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);分化程度、淋巴结转移和FIGO分期的宫颈癌组织中S100P、VEGF及E-cad阳性表达率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);发生淋巴结转移、S100P、VEGF表达阳性和E-cad表达阴性均为影响宫颈癌分期的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中S100P和VEGF表达阳性率高于正常宫颈组织,E-cad表达阴性率高于正常宫颈组织,检测其表达水平有助于疾病早发现,更对临床宫颈癌疾病发展、浸润情况的判断有重要指导意义。Objective To study the expression and significance of S100P,VEGF and E-cad in cervical cancer.Methods 65 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the study group,and they were divided into stage I group(33 cases)and stage II Group(32 cases)according to the disease stage,and 30 female volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of S100P,VEGF and E-cad were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results The positive expression rate of S100P was 56.25%in stage II group,30.30%in stage I group,16.67%in control group,62.50%in stage II group,36.36%in stage I group,13.33%in control group,and 18.75%in stage II group,45.45%in stage I group,93.33%in control group(P<0.05);The positive expression rates of S100P,VEGF and E-cad in cervical cancer tissues with differentiation,lymph node metastasis and FIGO stage were statistically significant(P<0.05);Lymph node metastasis,positive expression of S100P,VEGF and negative expression of E-cad were independent factors influencing the stage of cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of S100P and VEGF expression in cervical cancer tissue is higher than that in normal cervical tissue,and the negative rate of E-cad expression is higher than that in normal cervical tissue.Detecting the expression level of S100P and VEGF is helpful for early detection of disease,and has important guiding significance for judging the development and invasion of cervical cancer.
