探讨盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理治疗方法在抑郁症患者中的使用效果。方法共计纳入400例抑郁症的患者进行统计,根据治疗方式差异对所有患者进行组别区分,患者可分对照组和观察组,各200例,对照组患者仅给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者以盐酸文拉法辛缓释片联合心理干预进行治疗。以所有患者在治疗后的疗效差异、治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁评分变化和血清指标以及不良反应率作为对比标准。结果组间患者治疗后的疗效差异对比:观察组治疗后高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间患者治疗前后的焦虑、抑郁评分对比:接受治疗前组间数据无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组两项数据均低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者用药后的不良反应率对比:观察组低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对存在抑郁症的患者进行治疗期间,仅采用药物进行治疗的效果较低,以联合心理治疗方式对患者进行治疗,有效性更高,对于患者抑郁评分的改善作用更明显,且不良反应率更低,使用价值更高。Objective To explore the effect of venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression.Methods A total of 400 patients with depression were enrolled for statistics.All patients were divided into groups based on differences in treatment methods.The patients could be divided into control group and observation group,each with 200 cases.The control group was given venlafaxine hydrochloride only.The patients in the observation group were treated with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with psychological intervention.The difference in curative effect of all patients after treatment,changes in anxiety,depression scores before and after treatment,serum indicators and adverse reaction rates were compared standard.Results Comparison of the efficacy difference between patients after treatment:The observation group is higher than the control group after treatment,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the anxiety and depression scores of patients before and after treatment between the groups:There is no significant difference in data between groups before receiving treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two data in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate comparison of patients after medication:The observation group is lower than the control group,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with depression,the effect of treatment with only drugs is lower,and the treatment of patients with combined psychotherapy is more effective,and has a more obvious improvement effect on the depression score of patients,and adverse reactions the rate is lower and the use value is higher.
