康柏西普联合玻璃体切割术治疗外伤性视网膜脱离的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析康柏西普+玻璃体切割术治疗外伤性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法通过随机抽签的方式将惠州市第六人民医院2009年1月-2020年1月收治的100例外伤性视网膜脱离患者分为参照组和联合组,参照组50例患者仅安排予以玻璃体切割术治疗,联合组50例患者则在玻璃体切割术治疗前联合康柏西普治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的视网膜复位情况、眼压变化、并发症发生率以及治疗满意率。结果参照组的完全复位率显著低于联合组,未复位率显著高于联合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间部分复位率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。参照组治疗后眼压≤9mmHg以及≥22mmHg的患者例数显著高于联合组,眼压在10mmHg~21mmHg之间的患者例数显著少于联合组(P<0.05)。参照组治疗后的并发症总发生率显著高于联合组,总满意率显著低于联合组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外伤性视网膜脱离患者的临床治疗中,康柏西普+玻璃体切割术治疗效果理想,安全性高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Conbercept+Vitrectomy in the treatment of traumatic retinal detachment.Methods 100 patients with traumatic retinal detachment admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2020 were divided into the reference group and the combined group by random drawing.The 50 patients in the reference group were only arranged to be treated with vitrectomy.Fifty patients in the combined group were treated with Conbercept before Vitrectomy,and the retinal reattachment,changes in intraocular pressure,complication rate and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The complete reduction rate of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the combined group,and the non reduction rate was significantly higher than that of the combined group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the partial reduction rate between the groups(P>0.05).The number of patients with intraocular pressure≤9mmHg a nd≥22mmHg after treatment in the reference group was significantly higher than that of the combined group,and the number of patients with intraocular pressure between 10mmHg~21mmHg was significantly less than that of the combined group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after treatment in the reference group was significantly higher than that of the combined group,and the total satisfaction rate was significantly lower than that of the combined group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with traumatic retinal detachment,Conbercept+Vitrectomy has an ideal therapeutic effect,high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
