睑板腺热敷按摩配合人工泪液点眼治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析睑板腺热敷按摩配合人工泪液点眼治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的效果。方法 将我院于2020年1月-2021年1月收治的159例睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(79例)和观察组(80例)。对照组以人工泪液点眼治疗,观察组以睑板腺热敷按摩配合人工泪液点眼治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、治疗舒适度、BUT指标、泪河高度、治疗依从性、脂质层评级。结果 观察组的治疗有效率明显较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),患者舒适度明显较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的各项临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的BUT指标改善情况更好、脂质层稳定性更好、泪河高度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的治疗依从性明显较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将睑板腺热敷按摩配合人工泪液点眼应用在治疗睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症中效果显著,可以有效改善临床症状,患者的舒适度和依从性高,各项眼部相关检查指标改善情况明显,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the effect of meibomian gland hot compress massage combined with artificial tear eye drops in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye. Methods One hundred and fifty-nine patients with dry eye with meibomian gland dysfunction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group(79 cases) and observation group(80 cases). The control group was treated with artificial tears, and the observation group was treated with meibomian gland hot compress and massage combined with artificial tears. The treatment effect, treatment comfort, but index, tear river height, treatment compliance and lipid layer rating were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05), the comfort of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the clinical indicators between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05). After treatment, the improvement of but index, the stability of lipid layer and the height of tear River in the observation group were better(P <0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of meibomian gland hot compress massage combined with artificial tear eye drops in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye has significant effect, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, patients’ comfort and compliance are high, and various eye related examination indexes are significantly improved, which is worthy of further promotion.
