PNF技术配合运动想象疗法对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究脑卒中患者应用神经肌肉本体促进技术(PNF)技术配合运动想象疗法的效果。方法 选取广东省高州市人民医院2019年6月-2021年6月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上采取PNF技术配合运动想象疗法,观察并比较两组患者的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、三维步态情况、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果 研究组治疗后的BBS评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗后的FMA评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗后的步频、步速、跨步长比率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组治疗后的GQOLI-74评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者采取PNF技术配合运动想象疗法,能够强化患者的平衡功能,提升肢体功能,恢复正常步态,改善生活质量,治疗效果显著。Objective To study the effect of neuromuscular proprioception(PNF) combined with motor imagination therapy in stroke patients. Methods 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was treated with PNF technology combined with motor imagination therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The Berg balance scale(BBS), Fugl Meyer motor function scale(FMA) and Scores of threedimensional gait and quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74). Results The BBS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05);The FMA score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);The step frequency, step speed and cross step ratio in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);The GQOLI-74 score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion PNF technology combined with motor imagination therapy for stroke patients with hemiplegia can strengthen the patient’s balance function, improve limb function,restore normal gait and improve the quality of life.
