基层社区护士对继续教育现状的评价及需求分析

摘　　要：目的 调查基层社区护士对继续医学教育培训内容及形式的评价,以及继续医学教育的内容需求和制约因素。方法 用调查问卷的形式对本地区173名社区护士进行问卷调查并分析。结果 有52.60%的基层社区护士认为临床护理新理论方面内容全面;有17.34%基层社区护士对现场授课的形式不满意;有46.24%的基层社区护士非常同意“工学矛盾”突出是继续教育培训效果的影响因素。结论 继续教育选课的内容和培训形式要根据基层护士的工作特点和需求,尤其需要针对“工学矛盾”等制约因素进行进一步优化,以提高社区护士的临床专业知识及护理操作技能水平。Objective To investigate the evaluation of the content and form of continuing medical education and training by grassroots community nurses,as well as the content requirements and constraints of continuing medical education.Methods A questionnaire survey and analysis of 173 community nurses in this area were conducted in the form of a questionnaire.Results 52.60% of the grassroots community nurses believed that the new theory of clinical nursing was comprehensive;17.34% of the grassroots community nurses were not satisfied with the on-site teaching format;46.24% of the grassroots community nurses strongly agreed that the “contradictions between engineering and learning” were the outstanding effect of continuing education and training.Influencing factors.Conclusion The content and training form of continuing education course selection should be based on the work characteristics and needs of the grassroots nurses,especially for the restriction factors such as “working and learning contradictions”,so as to improve the clinical professional knowledge and nursing operation skills of community nurses.
