摘　　要：目的 调查口腔护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状,制订口腔护士突发公共卫生事件应急培训对策。方法 2020年2月,采用便利抽样法抽取15个省市73所口腔医疗机构的1649名口腔护士作为调查对象,采用“口腔护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力及自我胜任能力调查表”进行调查。结果 口腔护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力总分(119.01±20.32)分,条目均分(3.72±0.64)分,其中应急救援态度得分最高、应急知识次之、应急救援行为最低。口腔护士对自身应急能力较为自信,与应急能力呈正相关。结论 口腔护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力处于中等水平,从培训对象分类别、培训内容分层次、培训途径线上线下结合、发挥学会带动作用4个方面提出培训对策,全面精准地提高口腔护士应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。Objective To investigate current situation of emergency response ability of oral nurses for public health emergencies,and formulate emergency training countermeasures for oral nurses.Methods The paper chose 1649 stomatological nurses from 73 stomatological medical institutions in 15 provinces and cities in February 2020 by convenient sampling method,carried on investigation with questionnaire of emergency response ability and self competence of stomatological nurses in public health emergencies.Results Total scores of emergency ability of oral nurses in public health emergencies were (119.01±20.32),and average scores of items were (3.72±0.64).Scores of emergency rescue attitude were the highest,emergency knowledge were the second,emergency rescue behavior were the lowest.Oral nurses are more confident in their emergency response ability,which is positively correlated with their emergency response ability.Conclusion Emergency response ability of oral nurses to public health emergencies is at a medium level.The pape puts forward training countermeasures from four aspects:classification of training objects,training content level,combination of online and offline training approaches,giving full play to driving role,to improve ability of oral nurses to deal with public health emergencies comprehensively and accurately.
