摘　　要：中医预防医学人才是中医特色的公共卫生人才,是我国公共卫生行业新生力量。新冠疫情暴露了我国公共卫生体系人才结构单一、中医特色预防医学人才缺乏等短板。中医院校应完善专业设置、改革教学模式、强化实践技能、提高中医预防专业本科生的专业竞争力。培养一批学贯中西、医防结合具备扎实的中、西医理论,熟悉突发公共卫生事件应急响应机制、系统防疫机制的现代中医药人才队伍,打造中医疫病防治队伍。新冠疫情防控需要掌握传统中医药理论,又精通公共卫生与预防医学的复合型人才。中医预防医学本科教育应加强复合型、应用型人才的培养,为社会培养一批掌握预防、治疗、康复、保健等多种综合卫生服务本领的中医预防专业人才,满足基层公共卫生的发展需要。Preventive medicine talents of traditional Chinese medicine are public health talents with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and they are the new force in China’s public health industry.The COVID-19 has exposed such weaknesses as the single talent structure of China’s public health system and the lack of preventive medicine talents with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities should improve the specialty setting,reform the teaching mode,strengthen practical skills,and improve the professional competitiveness of undergraduates majoring in prevention of traditional Chinese medicine.Cultivate a group of modern Chinese medicine talents who are proficient in Chinese and Western medicine,have a solid theory of Chinese and Western medicine,and are familiar with the emergency response mechanism for public health emergencies and the systematic epidemic prevention mechanism,so as to build a Chinese medicine epidemic prevention and control team.The prevention and control of COVID-19 requires compound talents who master the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and are proficient in public health and preventive medicine.The undergraduate education of preventive medicine of traditional Chinese medicine should strengthen the training of compound and applied talents,cultivate a group of preventive professionals of traditional Chinese medicine who master the skills of prevention,treatment,rehabilitation,health care and other comprehensive health services,and meet the development needs of public health at the grass-roots level.
