摘　　要：目的构建医护管一体化静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)闭环防治体系,探讨其在临床诊疗及管理中的应用效果。方法以医护管一体化静脉血栓栓塞症闭环防治体系为支撑,探索建立静脉血栓栓塞症综合防治模式、智能评估系统、区域培训制度,评估比较体系构建前后医护管人员静脉血栓栓塞症防治知识水平和静脉血栓栓塞症质控指标。结果医护管一体化体系构建后,医护管人员静脉血栓栓塞症防治知识水平得分较构建前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静脉血栓栓塞症风险评估率、静脉血栓栓塞症出血风险评估率、预防措施正确实施率较构建前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用医护管一体化静脉血栓栓塞症闭环防治体系,可以有效规范静脉血栓栓塞症的防、诊、治、管,实现医防结合,切实提高医疗质量,保障医疗安全。Objective To construct a closed-loop prevention and treatment system for venous thromboembolism(VTE)integrated with medical care and management,and to explore its application effect in clinical diagnosis,treatment and management.Methods With the support of the closed-loop prevention and treatment system of venous thromboembolism integrated with the medical and nursing management system,explored the establishment of a comprehensive prevention and treatment model for venous thromboembolism,an intelligent evaluation system,and a regional training system.Evaluated and compared the knowledge level of venous thromboembolism prevention and treatment of medical care and management and the quality control indicators of venous thromboembolism before and after the construction of the system.Results After the construction of the integrated system of medical and nursing management,the scores of knowledge level of the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism of the medical and nursing management personnel were significantly higher than those before the establishment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VTE risk assessment rate,VTE bleeding risk assessment rate,correct implementation rate of preventive measures were significantly higher than those before the construction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the closed-loop prevention and treatment system of venous thromboembolism with integrated medical and nursing management can effectively standardize the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and management of venous thromboembolism,realize the integration of medical treatment and prevention,effectively improve the quality of medical care,and ensure medical safety.
