坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨坚固内固定技术在口腔颌面外科治疗中的应用价值。方法收集2019年1月-2021年1月以坚固内固定治疗的38例颌面部骨折患者作为研究观察组,另选同期行骨间钢丝结扎固定术的38例患者作为对照组,分别于治疗前后对两组颌面部功能损伤度、开口功能损伤度及咀嚼功能损伤度进行评价,并比较两组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合优良率。结果观察组治疗优良率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的81.58%;与对照组相比,观察组住院时间及骨折愈合时间均显著缩短(P<0.05);术前,两组颌面部功能损伤度、开口功能损伤度及咀嚼功能损伤度评分比较未见显著差异(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组颌面部功能损伤度、开口功能损伤度及咀嚼功能评分均较术前明显下降,且观察组三项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坚强内固定技术在颌面部骨折治疗中有重要的应用价值,可实现良好复位固定,优良率高,术后患者颌面部外形和功能恢复良好,瘢痕不明显,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of rigid internal fixation technology in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods Thirty-eight patients with maxillofacial fractures treated with rigid internal fixation from January 2019 to January 2021 were collected as the research observation group,and 38 patients who underwent interosseous wire ligation during the same period were selected as the control group.The damage of maxillofacial function,the damage of opening function and the damage of masticatory function of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,and the hospitalization time,fracture healing time,and excellent rate of fracture healing were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 81.58%in the control group.Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Previously,there was no significant difference in the scores of maxillofacial function damage,opening function damage,and mastication function damage between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after surgery,the above three scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strong internal fixation technique has important application value in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures.It can achieve good reduction and fixation,with a high rate of excellence and good quality.Postoperative maxillofacial appearance and function of patients recover well,and scars are not obvious.It is worthy of promotion.
