摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估在护士规范化培训中对提高护士共情能力效果观察。方法选取2019年12月-2020年12月东莞市莞城医院规范化培训护士60人为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30人,实验组采用迷你临床演练评估模式进行培训考核,对照组接受常规培训及考核模式,对比两组培训结果。结果实验组规培训考核成绩评分、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论迷你临床演练评估模式有助于提高规范化培训护士的共情能力,有利于保障护理质量和缓解护患关系,可应用于临床带教活动中。Objective To investigate the effect of mini-clinical practice evaluation on improving the empathy ability of nurses in standardized training.Methods 60 standardized nurses were selected from December 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 nurses in each group.The experimental group was trained by mini-clinical exercise and assessment mode,and the control group was trained by routine training and assessment mode.The training results of the two groups were compared.Results The score and satisfaction of test group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mini-clinical practice assessment model can improve the empathy ability of standardized training nurses,guarantee the quality of nursing and relieve the nurse-patient relationship,and can be applied to clinical teaching activities.
