摘  要:目的探讨味觉和嗅觉刺激能否改善早产儿肠内营养情况。方法选取2013年11月-2014年12月在我院NICU收治的早产儿125例,按照单双数分为两组,双数为对照组62例,遵循NICU常规喂养和护理方法,单数为干预组63例,在对照组基础上,于每次NICU住院患儿集中喂养前给予嗅觉和味觉刺激。观察两组早产儿在管饲喂养过渡时间、管饲喂养量、经口喂养过渡时间和出院时体重方面的差异。结果两组早产儿管饲喂养过渡时间、管饲喂养量、经口喂养过渡时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而出院时体重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规给予早产儿味觉和嗅觉刺激能提高早产儿乳汁喂养耐受性,并缩短早产儿进入全肠道喂养的时间。Objective To investigate whether taste and olfactory stimulation can improve enteral nutrition of preterm infants.Methods The paper chose 125 premature infants treated in NICU of our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014,and divided them into two groups according to single and even number.62 cases with double number in control group were treated with routine feeding and nursing methods of NICU,and 63 cases with odd number in intervention group with olfactory and taste stimulation on the basis of control group before each centralized feeding for hospitalized children in NICU.Difference of tube feeding transition time,tube feeding amount,oral feeding transition time and body weight at discharge between two groups was observed,statistical analysis was carried out with t-test.Results There was significant difference in feeding transition time,tube feeding amount and oral feeding transition time between two groups,but there was no significant difference in body weight at discharge.Conclusion Routine administration of taste and olfaction stimulation can improve tolerance of milk feeding and shorten time to enter total intestinal feeding for preterm infants.
