摘 要:高校实验教学的质量的主要评判方式就是对各实验室进行综合评价分析。目前,根据航海类高校实验室在教学、师资、以及设备安全等方面存在的问题,提出了在概率犹豫模糊环境下的主客观相结合的多属性分析方法构建航海类高校实验室综合评价模型。结合当前国家的发展趋势以及航海类高校人才培养方式和特点,建立航海类高校实验室的评价属性,同时通过专家打分,构建概率犹豫模糊评价矩阵;分别根据群体一致性原则以及主客观相结合的方式确定专家权重和属性权重,并基于前景理论和VIKOR法相结合对备选方案进行排序择优;最后通过应用算例对该模型进行验证,表明该模型用于评价航海类高校实验室是可行且有效的。The main way of judging the pros and cons of experimental teaching in colleges is to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of each laboratory. At present, according to the problems of teaching, teachers, and equipment safety in high-efficiency marine laboratories, a comprehensive evaluation model for marine college laboratories based on a combination of subjective and objective multi-attribute analysis methods in a probabilistic hesitating fuzzy environment is proposed. Firstly, combining the current development trend of the national environment and the characteristics of the training methods of high-efficiency navigation talents, we establish the evaluation attributes of the navigation college laboratories, and at the same time, invite relevant experts to score, construct the probabilistic hesitating fuzzy evaluation matrix. Secondly, according to the principle of group consistency, the subjective and objective methods are combined to determine the expert weights and attribute weights, and based on the combination of prospect theory and VIKOR method, the alternatives are sorted and selected. Finally, the model is verified by an application example, which shows that the model is used to evaluate maritime universities laboratory is feasible and effective.
