新医科背景下“学赛研创”四进阶式人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：培养医学专业人才关系到健康中国战略的顺利实施和实现。新医科是教育部提出的“四新”建设之一,新医科建设强调整合现代化手段,培养新时代医学人才。本文从当今医学院校人才培养的重要性、面临困境和解决办法三方面进行分析,提出“学赛研创”四进阶式的人才培养模式,通过学、赛、研、创进阶式深度学习,并紧密连接,互相渗透,为新时代医学生的培养提供一种可行的方案。Cultivating medical professionals is closely related to the smooth implementation of the Healthy China strategy.As one of the“four new”constructions proposed by the Ministry of Education,the new medical science emphasizes the integration of modern means and the training of medical talents in the new era.This paper attempts to analyze the significance,dilemmas and solutions of talent training in medical colleges,and propose a four-advanced talent training model of“learning,competition,research and innovation”,which provides a feasible solution for the cultivation of medical students through advanced in-depth learning and close connection and penetration.The construction of a mode for cultivating the scientific research ability of medical students under the background of new medical science is discussed in detail as well,aiming to cultivate the interdisciplinary medical talents needed by the country.
