摘 要:为探索公路交通活动碳排放时空分布特征,提出构建适用于我国公路交通网的碳排放监测体系。首先,对比分析了现阶段碳排放量测算主流方法(核算法与遥感法)的优缺点,明确了监测法具有的动态实时、数据可靠的优点及其在公路交通领域的应用价值,即:可实现公路交通碳浓度的连续监测,能够直观反映监测区域碳排放的动态变化情况。其次,分析了构建碳排放监测体系选址布点的主要影响因素,包括交通量、地形地貌与气象环境因素,并提出应采用交通流与碳排放仿真分析,从典型排放路段和碳排放扩散模式两方面考虑公路交通网碳排放监测体系的选点布局。最后,展望了公路交通网碳排放监测体系的应用场景。In order to explore the characteristics of the spatial and temporal distribution of carbon emis-sions from highway traffic activities,the construction of a carbon emission monitoring system applicable to China′s highway transportation network was proposed.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the two mainstream methods of carbon emission measurement,namely accounting method and remote sensing method,were compared and analyzed.Secondly,the paper clarified the advantages of the monitoring method in terms of dynamic and real-time,reliable data.Furthermore,its application value in the field of highway transportation was expounded,that is,it could realize the continuous monitoring of highway transportation carbon concentration and visually reflected the dynamic change of carbon emission in the monitoring area.Then,the main factors influencing the location of the carbon emission monitoring system were analyzed,mainly including traffic volume,topography and meteorological environment.And it was proposed that traffic flow and carbon emission simulation analysis should be used to consider the location layout of the carbon emission monitoring system of highway transportation network in terms of typical emission sections and carbon emission diffusion patterns.Finally,the paper foresaw the application scenarios of the carbon emission monitoring system for highway transportation network.
