摘 要:在地铁运营网络化的背景下,剖析区间中断后的影响传播规律,以为提高地铁区间中断应急处置措施的针对性、提升运营恢复效率奠定理论基础。基于国内地铁线网区间中断时段乘客出行数据,选取乘客出行时间、进站量以及出站量3个指标开展研究,从时间和空间两个维度对网络化运营条件下地铁区间中断的影响传播规律进行总结。研究显示:①地铁网络化运营条件下,单线发生的区间中断会通过换乘车站对全线网造成影响;②区间中断对本线路影响最为显著,乘客出行时间的延长幅度明显高于换乘线路,最高可达76.5%;③发生在高峰时刻前的区间中断会对客流高峰造成“削峰”现象,在故障影响下25min内进站量可降低30%左右,同时伴随高峰出现时间延迟、结束时间提前的现象。最后提出了区间中断应对措施,可通过加开本线路区间列车、启动应急公交接驳、组织换乘线路客流疏导和跳停等方式降低故障影响,并且应对措施不宜过早解除。Under the background of subway network operation,analyzing the propagation rule of the influence of interval interruption could lay a theoretical foundation for improving the pertinence of subway interval interruption emergency response measures and improving the efficiency of operation recovery.Based on the passenger travel data during interval interruption of the domestic subway network,three indicators to characterize the impact were put forward,namely travel time,inbound and outbound volume of passengers.From the two dimensions of time and space,the propagation rule of the influence of subway interval interruption under the condition of network operation was summarized.The results show that:①the single line interval interruption affects the whole network through transfer stations under the condition of subway network operation;②section interruption has the most significant impact on this line than others,which means the extension of passenger travel time is significantly higher than that of transfer line,up to 76.5%;③the interval interruption before the peak hour will cause"peak cutting"phenomenon to the peak passenger flow,under the influence of the interruption,the inbound passenger number may decrease by about 30%within 25 minutes,and at the same time,the peak time is delayed and the end time is advanced.Finally,the countermeasures of interval interruption are put forward,including adding backup trains,starting emergency bus connection,and timely organizing the passenger flow guidance and skip stop of transfer lines to reduce the impact of faults.Meanwhile the countermeasures shall not be canceled too early.
