摘  要:为满足“新工科”建设对自动化专业人才培养的要求,以培养具有解决复杂工程问题能力和创新思维能力的高层次人才为目标,完善自动化专业实践实验教学,以实木板材的缺陷识别与优选排样为工程背景,采用虚拟仿真技术,设计自动化专业虚拟仿真综合实验,从实验原理、实验内容、实验方法、实验教学等方面展现实木板材的缺陷识别与优选排样虚拟仿真实验的教学特色,为自动化专业综合实践课程的设计和虚拟仿真实验资源的建设提供借鉴。In order to meet the requirements the“New Engineering Specialty”construction for the training of automation professionals,the practical experiment teaching of the automation specialty has been improved with the goal of cultivating high-level talents with the ability to solve complex engineering problems and innovative thinking.Against the engineering background of defect detection and recognition and optimal layout of solid wood panel,the virtual simulation comprehensive experiment of the automation specialty was designed using virtual simulation technology to show the teaching characteristics of virtual simulation experiments of defect detection and recognition and optimal layout of solid wood panel from the aspects of experimental principled,experimental contents,experimental methods and experimental teaching,which provides a reference for the design of comprehensive practice courses of the automation specialty and the construction of virtual simulation experiment resources.
