摘　　要：政治引领力是思想政治工作的重要内容,提升高校辅导员政治引领力对于实现立德树人目标具有重要作用。作为大学生“知心朋友”与“人生导师”的高校辅导员,要准确把握思想引领能力、理论宣讲能力、问题引领能力、行为引导能力、服务引领能力、网络主导能力的政治引领力内涵,通过思想淬炼、政策修炼、党性锤炼、实战训练、实践锻炼、业务历练等方式,全面提升自身的政治引领力。Political guidance is an important portion of ideological and political work,and it is important to improve the political guidance of college counselors for accomplishing the goal of cultivating talents of virtues.Both a bosom friend and a mentor of college students,counselors should accurately grasp the connotation of political guidance capacity,that is,ideological guidance,theoretical expounding,issue orientation,behavioral guidance,service-based guidance and network guiding.They should comprehensively enhance their political guidance capacity through ideological refining,policy reading,Party spirit molding,situational practicing,practical training,and counselling experiencing.
