摘　　要：卵圆孔未闭(PFO)与隐源性卒中关系紧密,发病机制多为反常性栓塞。针对反常性栓塞进行病因排查十分重要。作者报道了1例卵圆孔未闭致颈内动脉反常性栓塞的青年卒中患者的临床资料及诊治过程,以提高临床医师对该类疾病的认识。Patent foramen ovale(PFO)is closely related to cryptogenic stroke,and the pathogenesis is mostly abnormal embolism.It is very important to investigate the etiology of abnormal embolism.The authors reported the clinical data and diagnosis and treatment process of a young stroke patient with abnormal embolism of internal carotid artery caused by patent foramen ovale,so as to improve clinicians′understanding of this kind of disease.
