摘  要:当前黄河三角洲生态治理面临着生态脆弱性、治理理念转型、治理手段单一、治理格局落后等方面的挑战。数字化有助于黄河三角洲生态治理实现治理效能的新跨越。数字化不仅可以助力黄河口国家公园的创建、推动生态的精准修复,而且可以构建全方位的黄河三角洲生态保护体系,提高治理水平。为此,要探索数字化推动黄河三角洲生态治理的多重路径。要树立数字治理新理念,制订黄河三角洲生态治理数字化发展规划;要利用数字技术构建现代化黄河三角洲生态资源监测评估体系,积极开展数字化建设工程;要利用数字技术构建黄河三角洲全流程的生态风险预警与治理体系,推动黄河三角洲生态产品价值实现;要弘扬生态文化,构建黄河三角洲网状化协同治理新格局。At present,ecological governance of the Yellow River Delta is faced with some challenges such as ecological fragility,transformation of governance concept,single governance means and backward governance pattern.Ecological governance of the Yellow River Delta will realize a new leap in governance efficiency with the help of digital technology.Digitalization not only can help the establishment of The Yellow River Estuary National Park and promote the precise restoration of ecology,but also build a comprehensive ecological protection system of the Yellow River Delta and improve the governance level.Therefore,it is necessary to explore multiple ways of digitalization to promote the Yellow River Delta ecological governance.First,establish a new concept of digital governance to formulate the digital development plan of ecological governance in the Yellow River Delta.Second,use digital technology to construct a modern monitoring and evaluation system of ecological resources and actively carry out digital construction projects.Third,use digital technology to build the whole process of ecological risk warning and control system in order to promote the realization of ecological products value in the Yellow River Delta.Finally,promote ecological culture and build a new pattern of coordinated governance in the Yellow River Delta.
