退役复学大学生的人际关系适应困境及干预研究

摘　　要：随着退役复学大学生数量不断增加,该群体的校园适应与融入问题日渐凸显。退役复学大学生的人际关系适应表现出疏离与区隔的非常态化特征,该群体未真正实现校园人际关系的适应与融入。基于此,可利用个案、小组、社区三大基本工作方法分别从退役复学大学生个体、群体乃至学校层面加以干预,采用非理性信念的改变与过度自我类别化的抑制、同群效应的制造与群际互动的增加、学校制度设计的优化与多元文化交融的促进等策略来破解退役复学大学生的人际关系适应困境,帮助其实现校园适应与融入。As the number of retired college students continues to increase,the problem of campus adaptation and integration of this group is becoming increasingly prominent.The interpersonal adaptation of retired college students shows the abnormal characteristics of alienation and separation,and this group has not really realized the adaptation and integration of campus interpersonal relationship.Based on this,the three basic working methods of case,group and community can be used to intervene from the individual level,group level and even the school level.The strategies of irrational belief change and excessive self-categorization,the creation of group effect and the increase of intergroup interaction,the optimization of school system design and the promotion of multicultural integration are adopted to solve the interpersonal adaptation dilemma of retired college students and help them to achieve campus adaptation and integration.
