小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症儿童语言障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症儿童语言障碍的临床疗效。方法89例孤独症并发语言障碍患儿,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(42例)和实验组(47例)。常规组患儿给予综合康复训练,实验组患儿给予小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练。比较两组患儿治疗前后生活质量与语言障碍情况。结果治疗后,实验组患儿适应能力商数(ADQ)评分(117.10±3.24)分、婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表(SM)评分(110.18±3.45)分、皮博迪图片词汇测验(PPVT)评分(105.62±4.28)分均高于常规组的(113.58±2.72)、(102.71±2.43)、(94.25±3.07)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练治疗孤独症并发语言障碍患儿,可在有效改善患儿语言障碍的同时,提升患儿生活质量,值得临床深入研究与推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of combination of Xiao'er Zhili Syrup and comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of autistic children with language disorder.Methods A total of 89 cases of autistic children with language disorder were divided into conventional group(42 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)according to the random numerical table.Children in the conventional group received comprehensive rehabilitation training,and children in the experimental group received combination of Xiao'er Zhili Syrup and comprehensive rehabilitation training.The quality of life and language disorder before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the adaptive ability quotient(ADQ)score of the experimental group was(117.10±3.24)points,the social adaptive capacity scale(SM)score was(110.18±3.45)points,the Peabody picture vocabulary test(PPVT)score was(105.62±4.28)points,which were higher than(113.58±2.72),(102.71±2.43)and(94.25±3.07)points of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Zhili Syrup combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training for autistic children with language disorder can not only effectively improve the language disorder and quality of life of children,and is worthy of in-depth clinical research and application.
