间接法树脂高嵌体修复磨牙残冠的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察间接法树脂高嵌体修复磨牙残冠的效果。方法:选取82例磨牙残冠患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各41例。对照组采用直接法树脂填充修复,研究组采用间接法树脂高嵌体修复,两组均观察6个月,比较两组粘接面积、微剪切强度、临床疗效、修复美观度(牙龈着色、边缘密合性、排列和总分)、术后6个月内并发症发生率和修复满意度。结果:两组粘接面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组微剪切强度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的81.63%(40/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,研究组牙龈着色、边缘密合性、排列评分和总分等修复美观度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组修复满意度为92.68%(38/41),高于对照组的73.17%(30/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间接法树脂高嵌体修复应用于磨牙残冠患者可提高微剪切强度、治疗总有效率、修复美观度和修复满意度,效果优于直接法树脂填充修复。Objective:To observe effects of indirect resin onlay in restoration in treatment of molar residual crowns.Methods:82 patients with molar residual crowns were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with direct resin filling,while the study group was repaired with indirect resin onlay.Both groups were observed for 6 months.The bonding area,the microshear bond strength,the clinical efficacy,the restoration aesthetics(gingival coloration,margin fitness,alignment,and total score),the incidence of complications within 6 months after the surgery,and the restoration satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the bonding area between the two groups(P>0.05).The microshear bond strength of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 81.63%(40/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after the surgery,the restoration aesthetics such as gingival coloration,margin fitness,arrangement score and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Further,the restoration satisfaction of the research group was 92.68%(38/41),which was higher than the control group of 73.17%(30/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Indirect resin onlay restoration in the patients with residual molar crowns can improve the level of micro-shear strength,the total effective rate,the restoration aesthetics and the restoration satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to direct resin filling repair.
