环渤海城市群大气环境脆弱性时空演变分析

摘  要:在全球气候问题突出、区域大气污染严重的背景下,大气环境评价成为当前研究热点.大气环境脆弱性评价能够在不同区域尺度下对大气环境系统的脆弱程度进行定量的分析、预测和评估,因而本文以环渤海经济区为研究区域,采用熵值法计算权重,基于暴露性-敏感性-适应能力模型建立大气环境脆弱性评价指标体系,得到综合评价结果后进行时间序列分析和空间特征分析,深度探索环渤海地区城市群大气环境脆弱性,拟为环渤海地区未来的大气环境发展提供针对性建议,为其他沿海地区城市群大气环境发展研究提供一种可借鉴的科学的研究方法.研究结果表明:①时间上,2014-2018年研究区域中重度脆弱地区面积占比由7.67%降低至完全消失,较轻脆弱地区占比提升至50.78%,环渤海城市群整体大气环境脆弱性下降.②空间上,研究区脆弱性呈从四周脆弱性较强转变为中心脆弱性较强的趋势,经济发展系统的脆弱性波动较大,对大气环境脆弱性影响最为显著,绿色发展系统脆弱性波动性较强,城市间差异较大.③环渤海城市群人均绿地面积和能源消耗总量指标对大气环境脆弱性空间分异性影响较大.In the context of prominent global climate problems and serious regional air pollution,atmospheric environmental assessment has become a current research focus.The vulnerability assessment of the atmospheric environment can be quantitatively used to analyze,predict and evaluate the vulnerability of the atmospheric environmental system at different regional scales.On the basis of the exposure-sensitivity-adaptability model,an atmospheric environmental vulnerability index system was established and the comprehensive evaluation results were obtained.The entropy method was used to calculate the weight.Furthermore,the time series analysis and spatial feature analysis in Bohai Rim region were characterized by combing comprehensive ecological environmental vulnerability index and geographic detector model.The results show that:1)the area of moderately and severely vulnerable areas in Bohai Rim region was reduced from 7.67%to 0 from 2014 to 2018,and the less vulnerable areas increased to 50.78%.The overall atmospheric environmental vulnerability of urban agglomeration in Bohai Rim decreased from 2014 to 2018.2)The atmospheric environment vulnerability showed a spatial variation from weak to strong around surrounding towards center.The vulnerability of both economic development system and green development system fluctuate greatly,resulting in big differences between cities.3)The results of the geodetector show that the per capita green area and total energy consumption have the strongest influence on the spatial differentiation of the vulnerability of the atmospheric environment,and the interaction of any two factors will enhance the regional spatial difference.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the vulnerability of the atmospheric environment of urban agglomerations in coastal areas.
