摘　　要：食管癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率位居全球第7位和第6位。其远处转移多见于肝、肺、骨、肾上腺等脏器,软组织转移十分罕见,且恶性程度高,侵袭性强,预后差。本文报道1例59岁男性患者,在确诊食管癌4个月后发现左上肢软组织转移,在全身及局部治疗后原发病灶较前缩小,但发现软组织转移后4个月病故,总生存期为8个月。目前,针对远处转移性食管癌,尚无有效标准治疗方案,本文针对转移性食管癌的治疗策略进行文献回顾。Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,and its morbidity and mortality ranks seventh and sixth in the world.Distant metastases from esophageal cancer generally occurs in organs such as liver,lung,bone,adrenal gland and etc.The occurrence of distant soft tissue metastases is rare with a high degree of malignancy,strong invasiveness and poor prognosis.This article reports a case of a 59-year-old male patient with distant metastases in the soft tissue of the left upper extremity after 4 months of the esophageal cancer diagnosis.The total survival period of this patient was 8 months.Nowadays,the cure strategies for distant metastatic esophageal cancer are limited.This article concludes and reviews the literatures on the cure strategies for metastatic esophageal cancer.
