摘　　要：血小板数目改变和功能异常是肝硬化患者常常合并的血液系统变化。血小板数目减少受循环中血小板生成素调节、脾功能亢进、骨髓抑制、免疫介导损伤等因素影响。近年来,血小板功能障碍的研究逐步增多,其被认为在肝硬化疾病进展中也有着重要的作用。肝硬化合并血小板功能障碍受机体氧化应激反应、内毒素水平、血浆蛋白水平等因素影响,血小板的多种功能有着各自不同的影响因素。本文对肝硬化患者血小板数目及功能变化的研究现状作一概述,并探讨引发其变化的原因。Platelet count changes and dysfunction are common hematologic changes in patients with liver cirrhosis.The decrease of platelet count is affected by the regulation of circulating thrombopoietin,hypersplenism,bone marrow suppression,immune-mediated injury and other factors.In recent years,the study of platelet dysfunction has gradually increased,and it is considered to play an important role in the progression of liver cirrhosis.Liver cirrhosis with platelet dysfunction is affected by oxidative stress response,endotoxin level,plasma protein level and other factors,and the various functions of platelets are affected by different factors.This article reviewed the status of platelet count and function changes in patients with liver cirrhosis,and explores the causes of such formation.
