摘　　要：本文报道1例因消化道出血入院的美克尔憩室(Meckel's diverticulum,MD)伴回肠动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformations,AVMs)的罕见病例,通过增强CT结合血管三维重建成功诊断,增强CT结合血管三维重建不仅对本病做出了正确提示,并帮助临床医师具体分析了出血原因,对以后此类疾病的诊断及治疗有重要意义。This paper reported a rare case of Meckel's diverticulum(MD)with ileal arteriovenous malformations(AVMs)admitted to hospital due to gastrointestinal bleeding.It was successfully diagnosed by enhanced CT combined with three-dimensional reconstruction of blood vessels.It not only gave correct indications of the disease,but also helped clinicians analyze the causes of bleeding,which is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases in the future.
